All you need to do is to make sure you have booked in for the OTA+ STRA demo, this will ensure that the product meets your requirements. After the demo you will receive a written quote with the discount specified, make sure the quote date is within the last 30 days, email sales@infobizsolutions.com formally accepting the quote and pay the amount stated in the quote by the 12th of December 2025.
If you have already attended an OTA+ STRA demo some time ago and wish to move ahead, all you need to do is email sales@infobizsolutions.com and request an updated quote with the discount specified on this page and an invoice. After receiving the quote & invoice, reply back to sales@infobizsolutions.com notifying us of your intention to proceed and then pay the invoice attached before the 12th of December 2025.
We will notify you once we have sighted your payment in our bank account account confirming the funds have been received and requesting you to inform us by email at sales@infobizsolutions.com of the date you intend to start onboarding. Just prior to that date we will send by email a connection document and instructions to move to the next step of API connecting your Property Management System to your OTA+ Account. Once you have connected your property management system to OTA+ work has begun.
You will have until the 30th of June 2026 to begin your onboarding at the discounted price.
If you delay your onboarding until a date later than the 30th of June 2026, you will need to pay the difference between your paid invoice amount and the current price of OTA+ STRA Onboarding as stated on our website https://infobizsolutions.com
Generally speaking we do not provide any refunds. If you have not notified us to proceed and you have not connected your property management system to OTA+ then we can provide you with a refund for the full amount that you paid in into our bank account. However if you have notified us to proceed and you have connected your property management system to your OTA+ account this means work has begun by our staff, and therefore no refunds will be issued. Please be aware this means even if you have not gone live on OTA+ and received no access or usage, but you have notified us to proceed and you have connected your property management system to OTA+ work has begun and no refunds can be issued.
